LLC “RPE “LTU” proactively developed and put into production technology that has no analogues in Ukraine of manufacturing adhesiveless lacquer-foil polyimide materials based on foil of nickel, nickel and other resistive alloys for foil electric heaters, foil strain gauges and sensors. And also based on aluminum and copper foil for flexible and flex-rigid printed circuit boards. Technical result of developed technology is to simplify, reduce the cost, increase the reproducibility and quality of the technology for manufacturing flexible lacquer-foil laminated materials of a wide range due to the exclusion of expensive, complex specialized equipment from the technological cycle, as well as the manufacture of laminated materials with specified geometric dimensions and the necessary materials of metal foils that can work in a wide temperature range from minus 200°С to plus 250°С due to the absence of an adhesive layer in the laminated material (Patent of Ukraine for a utility model № 119126 “Method of manufacturing a flexible laminated material for foil-based products”. Registration date 11.09.2017 Inventors: Borshchev V.M., Listratenko O.M., Timchuk I.T., Nikitsky G.I., etc.).

Works on the design of flexible electric heaters active means of thermoregulation for the Sich-2M spacecraft were completed at the stages of draft and technical projects. Design documentation for prototype samples of active means of thermoregulation heaters has been developed. Released reliability software and comprehensive program of testing experiments for active means of thermoregulation electric heaters.

Works on design, development of design documentation and production of mock-up samples of a film heater of onboard power supply sources have been completed. A technical report was issued on the results of the development of design-technological solutions of heaters, a set of design documentation and mock-ups of heaters.

Experimental samples of flexible electric heaters for active means of thermoregulation for “Sich-2M” spacecraft were made. Their functional characteristics were successfully tested for compliance with the requirements for electric heaters of active means of thermoregulation.
